So I made this tonight following the recipe as given.

The result?
Needs diced ham and hot sauce or thin sliced spicy sausage, but otherwise good.

I dig the Takeout, and Allison Robicelli’s writing especially , but that’s a hell of an effort to go through just to make zucchini palatable. There are so many better uses for cheese.

This really is the summer of the Internet Recipe. I’m really hoping Rick Martinez does more video stuff now that he’s quit the Bon Appetit channel. Ugh, that whole ordeal is just awful on so many levels. The food history guy on YouTube’s pretty solid, too. I may need to make the Everlasting Syllabub I just watched. IT’S SO FLUFFY.
I’ve been stretched thinner than thin lately, though, so if you see any things that look Peak Stef, plz 2 send.

I mean can’t go wrong with chicken thighs grilled and then slathered with Nando’s XX Hot Peri Peri (which I still maintain makes the best wing sauce, too) , that’s a fairly cheap recipe which I enjoy.

Duck is even tastier. Rally Chicken isn’t tasty, but she’s for HUGS.
